If you sneeze too hard, you can fracture a rib.

I you keep your eyes open by force, they will pop out.

It is physically impossible for pigs to look up into the sky.

If you try to suppress a sneeze, you can rupture a blood vessel in your head or neck and die.

Why do we have Spring? ..

Many people think that some parts of the year are hotter because we’re nearer to the Sun, but the real reason is that the Earth is wonky (tilted). We have Spring from Mid March, to mid May. Spring is the time of the year when flowers start to bloom, all mother nature starts growing, and children have as much fun during this season when the weather isn’t as hot and isn’t as cold.

“Spring is when life’s alive in everything.” — Christina Rossetti

In the Spring time we all like hanging outside, playing, laughing, and just enjoying ourselves. We are enjoying it no longer being cold, and are dreading the hottness of Summer. Us teenagers, and or adults love to play sprots such as softball and baseball around this time of the year. We also like to have pool parties, or golf, or go to the beach, Spring is an amazing time to do so. :) We think of spring as a gorgeous season, full of flowers, and colors. :D Take advantage of this season. It’s a fun time to get out and have a good time.

”Spring is nature’s way of saying, “Let’s Party!”" ~ Robert Williams

What is the Meaning of Easter?

Every year on the second Sunday of April is celebrated as Easter Sunday. This year Easter Sunday will be on April 8, 2012.

Kids see  Easter  as egg hunts, chocolate bunnies, and all the goodies they will recieve Easter morning. When the young childern start getting older, they start to realize the real point of Easter Sunday. Then when they’re parents with their own kids, they will do like what their parents did when them.

Easter is a holy day for the Christians. Easter celebrates Jesus Christ coming back  alive to show others that he is God’s son. On the Friday ,before his resurrection, is known as Good Friday.Good Friday is the day that he gave his only life to save the people for their sins. Good Friday is the day that he was nailed to the cross and died for our sins that we have done. Also on that day he was placed in a tomb with a stone placed in front of it. On Easter Sunday, trhe stone was moved and Jesus arose from the grave. Now, Jesus is sitting right hand of his father’s throne.

Happy Easter!

Spring Break – Da’ Calen Hicks’ Trip! :D

This Spring Break alot of our kids went somewhere, but Da’Calen Hicks went to Destin, Florida. Da’Calen went there to celebrate his birthday! What a fun way to celebrate a birthday. He went there with his sister, and “pops”. :) While they were there, they went shopping, went to the beach, and rode go-carts! What fun! Da’Calen said out of everything they did, shopping was his favorite thing, because he got him alot of new things. If he had the chance to go back, he would. If he could describe his trip in three words he would say, “Boring, Hot, yet also pretty cool.” Da’Calen would put his trip a rating of 4 stars out of five. (****) Hope everyone else had as good of a trip as Da’Calen. :) Indoors, or outdoors, there is always something you can do to make your Spring Break worth while. Take a trip, or stay in town, Spring is a fun time to just be yourself and do whatever you want.
